Fishing
The lake of Mansigné is open all year round. Classified second category, it welcomes you for your favourite leisure. Fed by "Le Casseau", the lake will seduce you with its calm and serenity.
No permit? Not a problem, you can get one from the website Fédération de Pêche de la Sarthe.
To make the most of the experience, don't hesitate to rent a chalet or a pitch at the campsite to have your feet in the water for a weekend or a longer stay and share your passion with family or friends.

Sport activities
The Mansigné lake is open all year round and is classified as a second category lake. An ideal place for young and old to play!
Take advantage of the free entrance to the leisure centre to spend a wonderful day with your family or friends.
Free activities
In addition to the children's playgrounds, there are many sports activities available to everyone: swimming in the lake, football pitch, city stadium, tennis court, table tennis, petanque pitch, fitness trail, orienteering, fishing, hiking trails. The bonus: these activities are free!
Paying activities
Other activities are also available at the leisure centre, but these are subject to a charge: swin golf, mini golf, water sports, or the inter-communal swimming pool in Mansigné.
The swin golf is open all year round. The mini-golf is accessible from April to October when the campsite is open. Water sports activities and the Mansigné inter-communal swimming pool are available during the summer season.
So don't hesitate and come to the Mansigné Leisure Centre!

Swimming - Pool and Lake
Lake of Mansigné
Access to the Leisure Centre and the white sandy beach is free and accessible to all!
Come and enjoy a relaxing and cool space! Ideal to relax at the water's edge, to swim or to watch the children splashing around and having a great time...
Just a stone's throw from all the activities on offer at the Leisure Centre, you can also take advantage of the children's playgrounds or the shaded areas for picnics.
Intercommunal swimming pool in Mansigné
The intercommunal swimming pool in Mansigné is open to all, but access is free for campsite guests only. This open-air pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm. On Monday afternoons, the pool is reserved for campsite guests.
Campers can access the pool directly from the campsite, while outsiders can access it via the main entrance Route de Requeil.
Do you want to relax or sunbathe? Sunbathing on the terrace awaits you...
In July and August, swimming in the lake and the inter-communal swimming pool is supervised, so you can enjoy good times with family and friends.
Please note: The covered and heated swimming pool in the chalet village is only accessible to holidaymakers in the chalet village.

Water sports activities
The Mansigné Leisure Centre, with its 27-hectare lake, is the ideal place for all your water sports activities during the summer season.
Swimming area
Don't hesitate to bring your buoys or other swimming accessories to enjoy when you go swimming in the lake. The lake is accessible to all and free of charge.
Pedal boat
Speed scares you? Then choose a boat that suits you better. With two or four people, the pedal boat will take you wherever you want to go and at your own pace.
Paddle
Come and practice your favourite hobby or discover this new way of sailing at your leisure.
No paddle? No problem, you can rent one at the lake.

Hiking
Hiking in South Sarthe
The Mansigné Leisure Centre and its campsite are the ideal starting point for your hikes in a green and shady setting in the South Sarthe. Thanks to the signposted footpaths, ranging from 4 to 55 km in length, you can discover the surrounding nature and incredible sites: the Mother and Daughter Stones, the La Faigne Chapel, the Saint Martin Church, the Mare aux Cochons (Pig Farm)... not to mention the tour of the lake, the shortest of the circuits, but one of the most pleasant. Mountain bike circuits will also satisfy the most sporty.

Royal Abbey of Epau

Belonging to the Sarthe Department, this building has been classified as a Historic Monument since 1973. The Royal Abbey of Epau is one of the most beautiful examples of Cistercian architecture in France.

Domaine de Pescheray
50 minutes from the Mansigné Leisure Centre.
The Domaine de Pescheray is located on an ancient seigniorial estate whose first stones were laid in 841.
Today, the estate extends over nearly 145 hectares, on which the ESAT relies to offer nearly 74 disabled workers activities as varied as the maintenance of green spaces, the sale of firewood, catering and animal care.

St. Julian's Cathedral
46 minutes from the Mansigné Leisure Centre.
Built between the 11th and 15th centuries, Saint-Julien Cathedral presents a diversity of styles which find their coherence in a fusion of russet, limestone and glass. This richness makes it the "archaeological" cathedral of medieval religious art.
